Manage stocktake sessions and the product catalog.
New stocktake
Pulls a fresh catalog snapshot from Shopify and starts a new session for whichever location you pick. If that location already has an active session, this closes it — anyone still scanning there gets disconnected. Other locations' sessions are untouched.
Past stocktakes
Every stocktake across every location, active or closed. End a running one without starting a new import, archive a closed one as a real record, delete a throwaway/test session, or download its reconciliation, scan log, or Shopify Inventory CSV — the only place those stay reachable once a stocktake is closed.
